“I bought the Sage colour diffuser in store, just before we went into the second lockdown and I very was happy with my purchase. However, about 14 days of use it stopped working. I contacted customer service and returned the faulty diffuser. I have now received a replacement (grey colour) so I hope this one will last much longer.”
