“The diffuser is lovely looking and does all as expected. I have to say however that it did stop working after a couple of uses, however the customer service on advising of this fault was exemplary and after sending a video of the non-working diffuser, it was replaced without issue and speedily. So 4 starts overall given this but can’t fault the customer service experience.”
