“I received my product in a well packaged condition with no damage to the item. Delivery was prompt and contact was good. My product is absolutely beautiful however with it being a cafeterie it doesn't pour as smoothly as I would have hoped. It will often pour out down the side and then all over the surfaces. This was surprising as it wasn't cheap. Maybe a rubber seal or something could be added to prevent this from happening? Other than that I am happy with my product and would order again from Oliver Bonas”
