“I paid to have the gift in a nice gift box well you would think so at £5. But no just a crumby old cardboard box that the bag would have probably been put in anyway for delivery with an Oliver bonas marketing sleeve over the top of it. The reason I bought it in a gift box”

“I wouldn’t recommend the gift box unless you’re posting direct to the person, it was more of a sleeve over the item”

“The gift box cost £5 and as I was only purchasing a pair of earrings I expected a small earring box. What I got was earrings inside a small plastic bag, surrounded by shredded paper and in a box that was big enough to put a necklace in it, and it said gift box on the front. Very disappointing I will not be using this service again.”
