“Gift box was overall lovely quality and nice way to present a gift however, considering it is a gift box, when it arrives in the post it has Oliver bonas written all over it so not a very good way to keep it a surprise from the recipient.”

“Love the gift box! Takes the stress out of ordering online and wondering how it will look when it turns up!”

“I ordered a lovely sweatshirt and as this was a gift for my auntie I had it sent in a gift box. She was so pleased with the way it was gift wrapped. It was a great idea , very much appreciated and apparently she was very impressed. So I would highly recommend”

“Was hoping for it to be a bit more fancy, but it did the job.”

“Don’t buy it! The cheap cardboard & expandable cardboard packaging were a real disappointment. Added to the fact that it was at least 10 times too big for the contents, made it really awful! Only good point, when I complained, they refunded me my £5 cost!”

“I was disappointed with the quality of gift box... it just looked like normal packaging and I thought it had not been sent with the pendant. However, the service from Oliver Bonas rep - Sanraj - was exceptional and I received refund for box as I hadn't received the OB tissue which should have been included.”

Really sorry to hear you haven't liked our gift box service Fidelis. We will get this fed back back to our design team, but really glad to hear Sanraj was able to help. Thank you, Team OB

“Paid £5 for a gift box and got a normal brown plane box and then got a sleeve for the box. Feel like I paid £5 just for a sleeve.”
