“This is the third pair of these earrings I bought this time as a gift. I also purchased a gift wrapping option. However, I received a message that they have already sent the parcel and could not do anything about the gift wrapping option now with the condescending message: "We hope that the recipient still likes the gift." Needleless to say that there was no refund offered for the failure to provide a gift wrapping option or to apologise for causing me a huge embarrassment.”
