“Gift box feature was really easy to use and I was really happy with how it arrived along with a personal message.”

“The gift box was for a book and was slightly OTT and more expensive than I'd hoped. Some tissue gift wrap and OB stickers would've been fab”

“It was just a brown cardboard box. It didn't look like a gift box at all and it cost 5 pounds. I had to get a different box for the gift I bought as that box really wasn't presentable and I would have been embarrassed to give this to my friend on her birthday.”

Thanks for letting us know, we are really sorry about this. This is not what we want to hear so we will feed this back to our home and gift team. Thank you, Team OB
