“The gift box was very very good quality cardboard and very nicely made. It was too large for my gift of two gin glasses and if I’d realised I would not have bothered with the box because it didn’t fit in my gift hamper I had prepared.”

“Waste of money. The box was sealed shut so I had to cut it open to check the goods inside before giving it as a present. I was unable to actually use it as a gift box. Would have been better to arrive flat packed for self assembly.”

“Absolutely horrible. Huge Cardboard box for tiny earrings. Paid £5 and still have to buy separately new one as it was embarrassing to give it as a gift”

“I was very disappointed with the packaging and presentation of these items of jewellery. I paid £5.00 extra for a gift box but it looked more like a pizza box and is filled with brown scrunch paper and then the bracelet and necklace were inside tiny plastic bags. I have since purchased a gift box elsewhere and tried to make my daughter’s Christmas present more appealing. I was so disappointed with it that I have put away from sight until Christmas. I hope the jewellery itself is better quality than the packaging and presentation would suggest.”
