“I requested and paid for gift box. However, the item arrived in a plastic envelope which certainly was not what I expected. I contacted Oliver Bonas who refunded me. This was the only disappointment for an otherwise good service.”

“I received the large gift box with a solid orange cover and was disappointed. It doesn’t look at all special or like a gift box at all, it has only the branding in the middle and looks just like a regular delivery package. For the price I would have bought special giftwrap instead.”
