“The gift box was far too big for the bangle I bought and also came with some brown paper which was not very appealing. I would have rather just bought my own separately had I known what it would have looked like.”

“I was fairly disappointed with opting to order the gift box option - it looks like a regular fairly flimsy cardboard box, and the earrings I ordered for my girlfriend were in an envelope and shrinkwrapped, which made it feel a bit cheap. We actually couldn't find them at first when opening the box. Would have been nice if they were presented more pleasantly.”
