“The gift boxes are high priced at £5 and the one we received completely inappropriate in size and function for a single necklace. We were sent a basic cardboard box with a coloured, branded sleeve that was far too big and not designed to store necklaces. It made the necklace look puny and we did not use the gift box we had paid £5 for. Instead, bought an alternative jewellery box specifically made to store necklaces, which was not only cheaper, but more functional and much prettier (cardboard frame, coloured paper, and decorative ribbon, with an insert that has slots to store a necklace without tangling). I would have expected the gift box to replace the glassine envelope for the necklace with at least a basic cardboard jewellery box that is designed to store necklaces (i.e. insert with slots to avoid tangles). I would not recommend Oliver Bonas gift boxes for jewellery --- much better to buy a prettier, more functional box for the same price or less from elsewhere.”

“I was expecting to just receive one gift box enclosing both sets of glasses that I had ordered and it was a lovely surprise to receive each set of glasses individually nicely gift boxed. Thank you”

“It was a sleeve on a cardboard box which I don't think is worth the £5 they charged. Maybe next I'll order the gifts with a gift bag.”
