“Unable to view and check product before sending gift without opening stuck down paper lid . Box was very plain and could do with lid that can be opened more easily”

“The gift box I ordered online was just a cardboard box with a personalised note on it. It was definitely not worth £5, especially when the ones you can get in store are nicer and only cost about £1-£2.”
