“I think it’s a bit confusing how to make a purchase as a ‘gift’. I think it would help if you added a box to tick ‘is this a gift?’ once choosing an item to purchase. I found it hard to understand how to make my purchase a gift and the customer service agent explained I had to purchase the gift box. I think it would be best in the shopping cart, to have a box to tick to confirm this is a gift and continue with the completion of the purchase…Hope that makes sense!”

“Ordered a bag at Christmas time that didn’t come in a gift box and the only difference was the sleeve around the box. I didn’t think this was worth £5”

“Only 2 of my products could be added. I wanted 2 gift boxes and the website wouldn’t make it possible. With another gift I had to put both gifts in 1 box. Strange functionality.”
