“Massive considering the size of the gift. There must be some middle ground between a tiny paper envelope or a huge box. Waste of packaging.”

“I paid £5 for the box and really didn't think it was worth this, plus very difficult to get into as I wanted to check the gift first.”

“Gift was perfectly wrapped .. with a good quality box and delicate packaging and lovely paper.. the receipts to was delighted”

“I wanted to look at the pendant as I had ordered it online. The box was ok but the packaging was over the top. I had a job to find the pendant and then repackaging it was very difficult. Tissue paper would have been far better.”

“I loved the presentation of the box, and that the box itself was big. However, I think would have preferred the product itself (I was buying a bracelet) to have been in some kind of jewellery box on its own, rather than in a paper envelope. The rest was beautiful, wouldn’t have changed it, the personal message addition is a lovely touch.”

“Very disappointed. Plain grey outer box with OB logo. Necklace in standard OB envelope wrapped in perforated plain paper that looked like packing to fill up a box, not attractive gift packaging. Had to ditch it, quality/design simply not good enough.”
