“The reason I give only a poor review is the fact that the gift box was so big for the tiny necklace in a small envelope .. I feel the necklace should have been wrapped in tissue so That it didn't get so tangled and placed in a much smaller box .”

“The gift box was good quality cardboard however I requested a gift box for a pair of earrings and it was massive!! It was mostly filled with packaging and the earrings were just in a small envelope inside. It seemed a bit excessive! Perhaps more information should be provided on the sizes of the gift boxes that would be selected for your items.”
