“Very disappointed! Paper bag containing necklace was already torn! The pink band surrounding the box was dirty!! I had to discard it as I could not present the jewellery using this!”

“Disappointed with the gift box expected something nicer that a great cardboard box that is similar to what the package arrived in. It was also way too big for the small bangle I bought.”

“Bought bracelet as a birthday present so ordered a Gift Box which is a huge waste of money. Is 10 times bigger than the bracelet it looks ridiculous. Not impressed. For £5 extra would expect something suitable for the size of purchase.”
