“Lovely elegant necklace to mark my nieces 18th birthday. Nice touch with the blue stone too. Gift box was also lovely and sophisticated - definitely all round worth the money which was reasonably priced. Will shop here again”

“The gift box that I paid £5 for was far too large .. A complete waste of packaging for such a small item .. (pair of earrings ) .. I could not use the box as it was too large to use for such a small gift .. please can I request my addition fee of £5 to be refunded to my account?!”

“Having paid for a gift box for a pendant and chain I was expecting a small box for for purpose, instead I was sent a box large enough to contain a hard back book filled with paper!! A total waste of money.”

“Gift box was huge, with filled paper and earings in a small tiny bag. Receiver didnt realise and and it looked like an empty box....”
