“I paid for a gift box which was way too big for the necklace which slid around inside. Appears I was sent the only size available which was disappointing.”

“The box was a bit unnecessarily large but very pretty. And I was given some Lindor chocolates inside too which was a lovely touch at Christmas.”

“I was expecting a nice small box, suitable for earrings, not a box big enough to fit a pair of shoes in made from grey cardboard with some crappy paper filling. Definitely not worth the £5 I paid for that!”
