“The gift box was a lovely extra touch to package the earrings I bought for a friend - the product was well-protected and the personal message was a lovely touch. It could be nice to have the message printed on the box rather than put on a slip of paper, but I appreciate that this might take longer to produce. My reason for dropping a star is that the box was quite large for the product contained, and was the smallest option available - it seemed a tad wasteful, so maybe smaller options could be available for jewellery?”
