“The gift box is extremely disappointing especially as this is a leaving gift for a valued colleague. Greasy finger prints which someone has tried to rub out, damaging the box. Have asked for a replacement, but to not avail. A shame - has put me off purchasing another gift from OB”

“Thought the personalised message was actually gonna be stamped into the box however was just added as a card inside. Would recommend buying the box if buying a birthday present though as it looks very pretty.”
