“Very underwhelming. I wasn’t sure if it was still the packaging or the gift box since it’s just a cardboard box that says Oliver Bonas and isn’t even wrapped on the outside with anything special.”

“I was delighted but didn’t realise I had to pay for a gift box for each item so one was gift boxed and one not. Expensive for the size”

“This arrived damaged and dented. Really disappointed as it made the gift look scruffy and not special. Needs to be stronger. Plus, the box was just full of packing paper With the earrings resting on top in an envelope. I expected a pretty jewellery box. Think I needed to read the description more closely. Not worth the money. (But I loved the quotation on the lid. ❤️)”

“well made box, with packing inside, but really just a useful advertising aid for Oliver Bonas, rather than a pretty addition to enhance the gift - £5 wasted! The box was 8 times the size of the gift purchased and made the gift look very mean. Needs more explanation of gift box on web site.”

“Paid extra for the gift box which wasn’t what I expected, expected a bracelet box as per a jeweller rather than an upgraded delivery box. It ended up in the recycling. I won’t be selecting this item again”
