“Astonished to pay £5 for gold jewellery gifts, to receive a basic grey cardboard box with some cut up paper padding in it - had to remove the presents and wrap them myself - really disappointing.”

“The gift box is about 10 times the size of the bracelet. I was expecting a small jewelry gift box. Returning for a refund.”

“gift box was disappointing the box was much to large for a small jewellery item necklace or pendant were in danger of being lost in the paper netting ,needed a smaller box with removable inner which necklace and pendant could be safely attached to perhaps inside larger box”
