“Gift box was overpriced for item. Didn’t make the necklace appear anymore special and was overpriced at £5 it looked more like a delivery box than a gift box”

“I bought 2 sets of earings for my wife for our anniversary and paid £5 for the gift box. I was very disappointed, presentation was thoughtless and in a very basic box with each set of earings in a plastic wallet inside the box. No different to any usual free branded wrapping, I hate to think what it comes in if you dont pay for the additional gift box.”

We are so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your gift box, especially as it was an anniversary gift for your wife. All of our jewellery gets sent as standard in the little gift envelopes and then gift boxes are extra.
