“I ordered an ear cuff and was offered a gift box. It cost £5 and approx 20 x 10cm, way too big, so I couldn’t use it.”

“The small gift box was too big for the jewellery I purchased. I think the boxes could be nicer in design - even just having different colours to pick from would be a bonus.”
