“Huge giftbox for a small necklace . Was expecting a necklace box not a huge cardbord box with the necklace in a large spotted plastic envelope. Maybe a description of what to expect at time of purchase?”

“The necklace is lovely - it was a present for a friend's birthday and she loved it. The gift packaging wasn't worth the money though - I was expecting a nice jewellery box but instead got a normal (though grey and with the brand on it) cardboard box which was stuffed with paper packaging and was totally out of proportion to the size of the gift, to the point that it looked a bit ridiculous. Love the jewellery but wouldn't bother with the gift packaging next time.”
