“Very low quality and much too big for the item. Completely overpriced for what it is and makes the gift look worse rather than better.”

“Literally a cardboard box stuffed with shredded cardboard. NOT worth an extra £5 in any way shape or form. Really disappointed.”

“I was very disappointed by this, especially for the £5 price. I didn’t realise there was an option to buy the smaller jewellery boxes for a lot less - that would have been far more appropriate for the small earrings I purchased than this large ordinary £5 box.”

“Beautiful and elegant box, but too large for the item ordered. Also, can be improved by offering the service to include a gift card/message within the box.”
