“Appalling! A coloured card wrap around a corrugated cardboard box little different to any old Amazon packaging, containing shredded card and an orange plastic envelope (in the corner of which I discovered the necklace ordered). Hardly the gift-wrapped, ribbon trimmed package I'd envisaged after paying an extra fiver. So upsettingly poor that it was returned to an OB store the next day and I am unlikely to shop at OB again...”
