“Not the sort of box for earrings. Much too big, smaller prettier box would be much better. Very dissappointed”

Really sorry to hear we've sent a gift box that's a bit too big. We will forward this to our fulfillment team, but please do get in touch with our customer service team at askus@oliverbonas.com if this can be looked into. Thank you, Team OB

“The pink outer sleeve was really tight to take off & tricky to put back onto the box, made a light crease on one of the sides. The filling/stuffing was good and looked recyclable!”

Sorry Elizabeth it was a bit too tight to take off. This is actually something we've raised with our web team but all of the contents are recyclable. Have a lovely day, Team OB
