“This was the first time I have been disappointed with a product from Oliver Bonas...having been unable to find this jumper in any store I visited, I decided to buy it online in the usual size that I buy from you - a size 16 But, when it arrived I was not happy at all I'm afraid. Firstly, the jumper was a lot shorter than I was expecting, and secondly it was too small for me. I have since returned the item, and asked for a replacement in size 18...but I have not heard anything back from you at all. My order number is 100150249 Thanks Clare”
