“Chuffed to bits with these beautiful glasses. They are taller than I expected but otherwise just as pretty and precisely what I expected from what I saw on the website. Only negative is that 2 of the first set I ordered were damaged (presumably in the post) highlighting that they are fragile. The customer services team - in particular Becky dealt with my request for replacements brilliantly and replaced without hesitation meaning that now, I wouldn’t hesitate to make further purchases from Oliver Bonas!!!”
