“i was with Smoke relief which was taken over by 10 Motives. Lately when I have been ordering refills and enquired about accessories I was told they were out of stock. I asked the question were they discontinued. I did not receive a satisfactory answer so I have looked for another supplier. You nare very compatible with 10 Motives. Your refills are cheaper. you do not have to buy over £50.00 worth to get free postage. I was answered almost immediately on the phone and I could understand the representative I will continue to purchase from you.”
