“Used to be better, to often I am finding non working filters almost two per pack of four multibuy. One order came with multi coloured specks on the filters and tasted nowhere near menthol. I did complain but heard nothing in return. I am a regular customer but will switch as soon as I can find an alternative.....not a happy customer.”
