“A good product, but how long is a charge supposed to last? I appreciate it will be different for everyone, but when I started using them the amount of 'smoking' I got from one unit was definitely more than I get now. Also I decided to order some of the Kingsize but they seem to have even less capacity, and it's like inhaling fresh air sometimes. Such a shame as they started off being a good product. I'll carry on with them for a while then maybe have to look for something else. I also think the charger may be faulty so will order another one.”

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I'm sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with our Cigalike batteries recently. Our K1 batteries should last for approximately 300 puffs and our K2 batteries should last for approximately 450 puffs. We also recommend replacing batteries every 6-12 months, as they are a consumable product. Please note that this does depend on your usage. “I've been buying my ok vape refills from my local Asda for about a year now as I found it more convenient than ordering online but recently I'm getting a empty cartridge in a few of the packets which is so annoying as I always carry a spare one for when the one I'm using runs out and today was one of those occasions, I had gone out for a few hours and the cartridge run out so I opened a new one, attached it to the battery and nothing, it was empty, this is so frustrating and I'm also out of pocket as I'm paying for a pack of 5 refills but only getting 4, I'm going to have to start carrying 2 refills around with me or even the whole packet as I never know if I'm going to get a dud one”
