“I recently purchased some 20mg tobacco flavoured refills, up to now i had been using the vapourlites refills ( when they were in stock ) this was the reason i needed to find a company selling high strength refills, thank goodness i have and a better product it is, the tips last longer and are much cheaper than vapourlites who were constantly running out of things ( tips & batteries ) it would take them over a month to get more, I would and indeed have convinced friends to switch to E cigs, an excellent product at an excellent price,”

Dear valerie Thank you for giving us your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you seem to have received some faulty refills. I can assure you that we have made absolutely no changes to our manufacturing process or ingredients. If you still have the box for any problem refills, please could you contact us and let us know the batch number? This will be printed on the back or side of the pack. Kind Regards, Alice @ OK E-Cig
