“The products are of excellent quality and, if ordered in the morning, almost always arrive the following day. There is one complaint about my latest buy though, and that's no longer being awarding loyalty points on a discounted order. If the policy had been amended so customers are only entitled to points on the amount paid rather than what would have been earned at the full price - which is how it was and something I've mentioned in a previous communication - then fair enough, but to get none at all on a purchase is disgraceful. I've checked a number of other major loyalty schemes and so far I've yet to find another that effectively penalises a customer for being loyal to a brand.”
