“I have not received this order so unsure why it says completed. I have also not had any notification from dpd for next day delivery? I am also waiting on a refund from a previous order that took two days longer than it should have and asked that the delivery free be waived and refunded”

Hi Paul, I can see that we issued the refund we promised you on the 23rd March, so you should definitely have received this. I will contact you directly by email so that we can check this out for you. With regards to the missing delivery, I believe you were speaking to my colleague as the tracking stated that it was delivered the next day, so hopefully this is now all sorted for you. I will also follow this up with you in a direct email to make sure that everything is okay. Kind Regards, Alice

“Service = excellent K1 batteries - fine but need changing quite frequently K2 batteries just will not screw on, I have a number of them and they are all the same, they keep clicking off. I have tried cleaning them with a cotton bud but to no avail.”

“A great way to get your ‘nicotine’ fix, clean and less intrusive to your loved one’s, no lingering smell, no film left on glass surfaces and easy to recharge.”
