Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We're very sorry to hear that your nope deskpad arrived damaged. From checking the emails you have had with our customer service team I can see that the first couple of pages from the notepad had been damaged while in transit. Although our team did offer to send a replacement out for you free of charge. It looks like you decided to return the deskpad instead. As soon as the notepad has arrived back in our warehouse a full refund will be issued for the product and also any shipping charges you had to pay to return the product. We're very sorry that you found the customer service you receive to be disappointing. I can assure you that we always aim to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. The Ohh Deer Team
