“I think watercolour pans are my favourite medium. The set included a comprehensive half pan box which included colours I had never seen before. I find the journal really helpful, both learning how different artists use the watercolours and the tutorials,particularly how to build up the layers. I'm 3/4 of the way through my lemur, I must go back and finish it. I'll work through the tutorials in winter, I've been outside in summer but have used the watercolour set with my sketchbook.”

“Lovely box. The watercolours are beautiful and full of pigment. All the contents are great quality as usual from Artful and you get everything you need to get creating. I really liked the magazine and am now following some new artists who were featured and have painted some pictures using their style and colours as inspiration.”

“I loved the watercolour box. I have quite a few watercolours so was mildly disappointed, however the paints are so lush and vibrant, the activate wonderfully and the colour choices are amazing. I have to be honest and say it's my tin if choice when I choose to use watercolour. The paper as always is perfect. The tutorials have been great. I'm glad my initial box disappointment gave way to exciting times.”

“I love the Watercolour box. The variety of shades is lovely and the box is ideal for travel as well, as its’s quite compact. Brushes have also an amazing quality. It’s probably the box I’m using the most so far!”

“I love this box. The brushes are so pleasing and amazing quality. You get a lot of bang for you buck in this box. It’s been great to freely experiment. As you have had a great deal on the kit it’s easier to justify experimenting with the watercolours and not worrying about wasting expensive paints yet still be able to use good quality ones.”
