“I bought this for my husband who has bad back pain. The oil certainly helped but he needed to take it quite often and as a result, it would be too expensive take all the time. I use it to help with sleep - taking it in the middle o the night when I wake up worrying! Not sure if I need the 2000mg or could manage with the 1000mg.”
