“Bought the Raw Total Superfood, Vanilla Flavour. Already a big fan of the normal raw total superfood anyway. Like the Vanilla too, but the Cocoa flavour is still pretty strong with the Vanilla which could be less (but this is a personal opinion). I'd buy it again anyway though. ;-)”

“I ordered a Vanilla flavour shake. and a chocolate one. When my two parcels arrived I opened them both and sampled them. They both tasted of cocoa, it’s just the larger one was a more intense taste. I then got into a conversation with Joseph who tried hard to convince me that I had been sent vanilla flavour even though the first ingredient on the contents is Cacao powder! Joseph told me that you put this in as it is a superfood. I already know about Superfoods but I ordered VANILLA and contents are always put with the biggest ingredient first going down in diminishing size. Also, the product labels for the chocolate packet matched the number on your order form, but the product label on the supposed ‘Vanilla’ one did NOT match your order form. Eventually I got my money back but it took about 4 emails and you still keep insisting that I was sent vanilla flavour! Your customer service is appalling and I am extremely disappointed in the taste of both of them. Even with two whole bananas in the shake instead of half a banana, it still tastes powdery and chalky. I AM NOT HAPPY and intend to contact my son- in- law who is a Director of 25 radio stations throughout the UK as this is a clear case of mislabelling and then trying to tell me that cacao is put in for my own good when I ordered VANILLA!”
