“I have received my order for 2 months of Nutriseed but have not used it as no instructions on how to use it arrived with it. I don't know if it is to be used as a meal replacement or in addition to normal 3 meals a day. I understand that there might be some guidance available online but I have no facilities to print any instructions off and much prefer a hard copy of instructions as they are easier to read and hop backwards and forwards to various paragraphs to refresh ones memory. If you really want to know what I think thus far, it was a complete waste of money without instruction on how to use it.”
