“Good shake. Nice taste, not too bitter. It doesn’t stave off my hunger until next meal time, but I’m very active so perhaps I’m asking too much. Would probably buy again.”

“I have only been taking for a few days so too early to tell if I am getting any benefit from this. Pleasant enough taste, I ordered the unsweetened one. As I am T2 diabetic I have to watch my fruit intake so not adding too much into the smoothie. I will write a further review once I have been using for a while.”
