“Just finished my first month absolutely love it , at first I had a headache for the first 4 days s wasn't sure if it would agree with me . My daughter was here at half term and she tried for the week and really liked it . I add a small amount of oats banana and fruit delicious”

“Worth it's weight in gold. I either add some to a bowl of porridge or mix it with berries etc in blender. Noticed a remarkable difference in energy levels over the last week”
