“The flavour was nice, takes some getting use to as its a bit of a dark chocolate taste, it didn't come with a scoop so had to measure out with a spoon and guess work but that's also depends on taste, I don't like mine to strong or weak so iv mastered my right amount, and there was no instructions on the packet, I had to go onto the website to find out how much and how many drinks per day I'm happy with it as it is filling and easy to drink.”
