“What an amazing product!! After first shake I felt energised and it's very yummy too. I have an auto immune disease and I have to eat healthy and this is a great alternative to a 'quick fix' healthy snack as well as main meal.”

“Well I bought my Nutriseed Total Superfood to primarily loose weight, but also to get healthier. At the moment I’m having two smoothies a day, breakfast and lunch, then a proper dinner. I’m using a variety of frozen and fresh fruits and smoothie mixes instead of ice which works really well. I don’t feel the need to snack and only feel hungry closer to dinner time so it’s good at filling you up. This first week I’ve lost 5lbs. The cocoa flavour isn’t really an issue if you use strong fruit flavours to cover it up. Pineapple is a good one but the colours do sometimes come out not looking too appealing. The taste is pretty good though so I’d definitely recommend giving it a go.!”
