“I like it, mixed with mik and banana it makes a lovely breakfast or meal. Suprisingly filling yet not bloating and I know I'm getting good nutrition everyday.”

“Its really tasty and easy to drink unlike others i have tried. Only disappointment was sent 3 bags chocolate and wanted to taste banana and vanilla. Emailed them to say they got order wrong before it was posted and they said would fix but still 3 chocolate came. Oh well. Early days for weight loss but it keeps hunger at bay.”

“Bit of a shock to the system my first try of this, had it with water so that was probably it. Been on it for a week no, using milk instead of water and adding either banana or apple with a squirt of honey, but so far so good, will keep with it until the 3 bags are done and see how good it has been.”
