“I have only been using for 3 days now and replacing breakfast, which is usually porridge using rice flakes, sultanas, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed and 0% natural yogurt, I honestly didn’t think the smoothie would fill me up in the way my normal breakfast does but it does. I haven’t lost any weight yet but in fairness I have been to 2 afternoon tea celebrations out of the 3 days. This weekend I plan to be really good and stick to all things good and not necessarily all things nice and naughty”
