“Don’t dislike the taste but not sure about the whole fruit & chocolate combination. Will certainly keep going with it although it doesn’t keep me really full until lunch, usually have an apple mid morning.”

“I love this mix to add to smoothies in the morning. My waist feels trimmer already after replacing 1 meal a day. I add banana and spinach plus milk. It makes a delicious shake which keeps me full until lunch. I will be ordering more.”
