“Although it tastes quite good with unsweetened coconut milk, the reason for the purchase of Total Superfood Nutriseed was to replace either breakfast or lunch during the week day. However, it only kept me satiated for 40 minutes. I have tried it for a week now, and have determined that it only works (for me) as a very light snack. I weigh 7.8 stones and not a big eater, but it did not keep me satiated at all.”

“Excellent delivery on time. Experimenting with different smoothies and textures at the moment but not had one I dislike yet, also added a scoop of Nutriseed to porridge this morning adding prunes to it absolutely gorgeous.”
