“Have it for breakfast everyday, plus 1 small banana , a handful of frozen blueberries, 10g Inulin, add some fresh leafy spinach, a handful of almonds, enough almond milk to cover ingredients and a desertspoon of fat free yogurt with a desertspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Keep the Good Fats in working order. Wizz it all up .... Wow super duper... Can add cinnamon, and a teaspoon of TUMERIC and then for a thicker smoothie add a heaped teaspoon of chia seeds. Keeps you full, energetic for hours. Very healthy and buy from Nutriseed... The company to trust ..yum yum cheers !!!”
